If you've spent more than five minutes in the K-Pop community, you've probably seen words that make absolutely no sense.

Don't worry.

We've all been there.

Here's your collector cheat sheet ✨

💜 Bias

Your favourite member in a group.

The one who stole your heart and now owns your wallet.

Example

My bias in Stray Kids is Bang Chan.

😈 Bias Wrecker

The member who constantly tries to steal your attention from your bias.

Example

Bang Chan is my bias but Hyunjin is my wrecker.

🎁 POB

Pre-Order Benefit.

A bonus item, usually a photocard, given when purchasing during a pre-order event.

🎲 Lucky Draw

A limited-time event photocard distributed through specific stores.

Often produced in smaller quantities and highly sought after by collectors.

🎤 Fansign

A raffle event where purchases provide entries for a chance to meet an artist.

May be online or in person.

Usually comes with exclusive benefits.

📸 PC

Short for:

Photocard

Possibly the most dangerous piece of cardboard known to mankind.

👥 OT

"One True"

Used to describe supporting every member of a group.

Examples

OT8 = All 8 members

OT13 = All 13 members

🌟 Era

A specific comeback period.

Usually identified by an album release.

Example

The Rockstar era
The Golden Hour era

🎵 Comeback

A new release from an artist.

Despite the name, the group doesn't need to have gone anywhere.

👶 Maknae

The youngest member of a group.

👑 Leader

The member responsible for helping guide the group.

Often doubles as:

Part-time parent
Full-time babysitter

📖 Template

A visual checklist showing every photocard released for a member or era.

Collectors use templates to track progress.

💸 ISO

Short for:

In Search Of

Used when looking for a specific photocard or item.

Example

ISO Bang Chan Soundwave POB

🔄 WTT

Short for:

Want To Trade

Used when trading photocards.

💰 WTS

Short for:

Want To Sell

Used when selling items.

🛒 GO

Group Order

A community purchase organised by a host to combine orders and reduce costs.

🎀 Digipack

A smaller album version, often member specific.

📱 Platform Album

A digital-first album format with physical inclusions.

✨ First Press

Special inclusions available during the first production run of an album.

Once they're gone, they're usually gone.

🎯 Claiming

Reserving a specific member or inclusion before items arrive.

A dangerous hobby.

🌎 Proxy

A service used to purchase items from another country.
