Refund & Returns Policy 💖

Thank you so much for shopping at KPop Idol Shop! We hope you love your new merch, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.


🌸 Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Photocards, unsealed items, and any items showing signs of use cannot be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Lightsticks are non-returnable once opened or used, due to their nature as event-related products.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Photocards or any item that has been unsealed
  • Used or opened lightsticks
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Damaged outboxes of merch and albums (these are meant to protect the internal product in transit and is not classed as damage to the item itself)

🎥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with damaged contents or something’s not quite right:

  1. Please contact us at returns@kpopidol.shop within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a video of you unboxing the item
  3. Unboxing videos are essential to support claims of damage or missing items

We’re always happy to help and will assess each case with care!


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and funds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method
  • At this time, we cannot accept returns from international customers

📦 Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Each pre-order is purchased specifically for you, so please double-check before ordering
  • Refunds are not available for pre-order items unless they arrive damaged (please follow the damage claim process above)
