🛍️ Pre-Orders

POBs (Pre-Order Benefits) are exclusive goodies that come with albums during the pre-order phase - think special photocards, postcards, or gifts 🫶 These are not included in the standard album and are only available for a limited time! When you pre-order with KPop Idol Shop, you can leave a member preference list in the order notes 💌 Please list all members in order of preference — this gives you the best chance of receiving someone you love! 💡 Example: Bang Chan, Hyunjin, Lee Know, Felix... I always do my best to match you with your top picks 💖 While it’s not guaranteed (especially for popular biases!), this is a special bonus you won’t find in every shop - just one of the perks of shopping with your KPop bestie 💫 ✨ If no preferences are left, POBs will be sorted at random. First come, first served!

Shipping timelines for pre-orders can vary depending on when stock is dispatched from Korea or Japan 🇰🇷🇯🇵 Most pre-orders arrive at KPop Idol HQ within 4–6 weeks of the release date. Once items land in the UK, your order will be packed and dispatched within 3–5 working days 💖 The release date shown on a product is the date it drops in Korea or Japan The estimated arrival at KPop Idol may be up to 6 weeks after that Both dates are always shown on the product page to keep things transparent ✨ For limited edition merch or items no longer on sale, dispatch updates will be shared: On our website’s main banner In our pinned Instagram notice And occasionally via email updates if delays occur 💌 Haven’t received a dispatch email 6+ weeks after release? The difference is in what you’re tracking! 💫 Pre-Order Tracker: This is updated live by Ana as your pre-order moves through each stage - from the supplier, to us, and finally getting ready for dispatch. It lets you see the journey of the pre-order before it reaches you. Track My Order: This only becomes active once your order has been dispatched. It follows your parcel with the courier, but it doesn’t show live updates until that point. So think of the Pre-Order Tracker as following the behind-the-scenes journey, and Track My Order as following the final delivery journey.

Once you have placed your order, our current dispatch time is 3–5 working days 💕 We pack each order with love (and bias energy ✨), then send it via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 💌 When you receive a dispatch email: It means your package is packed and ready for Royal Mail drop off If the email is sent on a Saturday, drop off will happen on Monday For weekday dispatches, drop off is daily. After collection, delivery is handled by Royal Mail, and your tracking number will keep you updated every step of the way 🕊️📦 ✨ Please note: All orders now ship using Tracked 48 only for better reliability and updates!

We currently ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - a reliable service that includes tracking and delivery confirmation 📮✨ Package Type Price Tracked 48 Letter (under 100g) £2.90 Tracked 48 Small Parcel (100g–2kg) £3.70 Heavy Parcels (over 2kg) Custom – we’ll contact you 💡 Lighter items like photocards or stickers often qualify as Tracked Letter - perfect for small orders!

Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel’s journey, but please note it’s an aim, not a guarantee. Sometimes tracking doesn’t update daily, but your parcel is still moving through their network. A couple of key things to keep in mind: Royal Mail work in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). A parcel is not classed as lost until the delivery aim + 14 working days have passed. Most items arrive within the expected timeframe, but a little delay is normal during busy periods. If your item still hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, drop us a message and we’ll help get it sorted. 💖

Customs & Import Charges 🌍💸 If you’re ordering from outside the UK, customs charges, import duties, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by KPop Idol. Unfortunately, KPop Idol is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, taxes, or handling charges applied to your parcel. Customs delays are outside of our control. If customs fees are not paid and delivery is refused or declined: • Shipping costs are non-refundable • Any return fees may be deducted • Refunds will be issued for the item cost only once the parcel is successfully returned ✨ We always recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges before placing your order.

We hope you love your new KPop treasures! 💿✨ But if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns under certain conditions. Outboxes are not part of the product and cannot be refunded if damaged. All pre-order items are made-to-order and purchased specifically upon request 💿✨ Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations on pre-orders — even if you change your mind later.
