Shipping & Delivery Policy 📦

Thank you for shopping at KPop Idol Shop! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes!
We currently ship to the UK and offer international shipping via Royal Mail.

  • UK orders are sent using Tracked 48.
  • International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Please note: International orders must not exceed 10kg (22lbs) due to postal restrictions.

💸 How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

🚚 When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 working days of your order being placed.
During busier periods (restocks, sale weekends, new releases), please allow extra processing time.

Once dispatched:

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
  • You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Please note:

  • After your order is marked as “Awaiting Fulfilment”, it means it is being prepared.
  • Once marked as “Fulfilled”, the parcel has been dispatched and is on its way via Royal Mail.
  • It may take 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to show movement as the parcel travels through Royal Mail’s network.

⏱ Delivery Timelines

  • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Delivery time varies by destination — please allow 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.

🛑 Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

If you are ordering from outside the UK:

  • Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
  • These charges are not included in our pricing or checkout process.
  • KPop Idol is not responsible for any customs charges you may incur.
  • We will not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery.

Please ensure you're aware of your country’s import laws before ordering.

🇬🇧 VAT Information

For customers based in the UK, VAT is already included in our prices.
International customers may be charged VAT upon arrival depending on their country’s regulations.

💖 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and will ship once we receive them from our suppliers.

Here’s how it works:

  • The estimated UK arrival date is listed on each product’s page — please read carefully before placing your order.
  • Orders will ship within 6 weeks of the official release date, though we aim to dispatch them as quickly as possible.
  • Delays may occur due to suppliers, customs, or transit — these are unfortunately outside our control.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be held until all items are ready to ship together.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We’ll keep you updated via email when your order is fulfilled and on its way 💌

Supplier & Manufacturer Delays

Pre-order and special-order items are sourced from third-party manufacturers, official stores, distributors, wholesalers and other supply partners. Occasionally, delays may occur within this supply chain which are outside of KPop Idol's direct control.

This may include delays to manufacturing, release dates, stock allocation, order processing, dispatch, international transportation, customs clearance or the fulfilment of orders by our suppliers and other third-party partners.

Any release dates, estimated arrival dates or fulfilment timescales provided for pre-order items are estimates and may change where circumstances outside of our control affect the supply of the goods.

Where a supplier or manufacturer delay occurs, KPop Idol will continue to actively monitor and chase the outstanding order and will provide customers with updates where meaningful new information becomes available.

A supplier delay does not mean that your order has been forgotten or cancelled. Your order will remain active while we await fulfilment unless we advise you otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
