SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we ship to the UK and will be posting internationally soon.
Please note – For customers outside of the UK the maximum weight your order can be is 10 kilograms (22.05lbs)
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by weight of your order.
What postage options are there?
Orders will be sent 2nd Class Signed or Tracked 48 with Royal Mail.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days after receiving them however please allow extra time for restock orders or discounted order weekends.
Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, service times may vary.
Has my order got lost?
Once we ship your item and hand it over to the postal service, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. If you haven’t received your order after 14 days from dispatch, please contact us at customerservice@kpopidol.shop
Do I need to pay VAT?
VAT is included in our prices already. If you are based outside the UK, your order will still be subject to your countries local import laws.
Will I be charged customs?
For customers outside the UK your purchase will be subject to your countries import laws. This may mean paying extra charges relating to customs, duties, and other taxes. This charge is dependent on your countries import laws and the amount you’re charged may differ depending on the value or weight of your order. Additional customs fees will not be applied at the point of sale and will need to be paid upon entry to your country.
KPop Idol will not be held responsible for any customs, duties, or tax payments that you may receive.
PRE ORDERS
Pre Ordered items will be sent out once they arrive to us. Please allow at least 2 weeks from the release date to receive and process your order. As all shipments come directly from Korea and Japan, there may be some delays.
Please note that any pre order benefits are at the discretion of the supplier and KPop Idol cannot be held responsible if these are not included in the shipments.
