Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new K-Pop goodies. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items to us subject to the conditions below.

RETURNS

Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.

All returned items must be:

• Unused
• In new condition
• In original packaging
• With all included components

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Unsealed items, including photocards and trading cards, are non-returnable.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by their country.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Any return fees may be deducted
• Refunds are issued for the item cost only once the parcel is successfully returned

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order purchases are made specifically at the customer’s request.

During the pre-order period:

• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Changes of mind are not accepted
• Stock is secured based on confirmed customer demand

Once a pre-order item has been delivered:

Customers retain their statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.

Pre-order benefits (POBs) are supplied at the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier.

KPop Idol cannot guarantee or refund missing POBs.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect

Where possible, please provide an unboxing video alongside your order number to assist with your claim.

ALBUMS & FACTORY INCLUSIONS

Albums are factory sealed by manufacturers.

KPop Idol is not responsible for missing inclusions within sealed albums.

Refunds or returns cannot be offered for manufacturer packing errors.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Pre-ordered items (see Pre-Orders section)
• Unsealed items (photocards, trading cards, inclusions)
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Damaged outer packaging / outboxes
• Items with missing factory inclusions
• Lightsticks showing signs of use, wear, or misuse

LIGHTSTICKS

Lightsticks are electronic items intended for personal use.

Due to the nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted for:

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by use
• Battery leakage or corrosion
• Physical damage
• Connectivity issues resulting from device compatibility

Lightsticks that show signs of use (including event/concert use) are not eligible for return.

If your lightstick is genuinely faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
