PRE-ORDER ITEMS

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after receiving the order confirmation email.
• Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, products are sourced directly from our suppliers.

2. Processing Time

In-stock items typically take 3–5 business days for preparation. Pre order items will run to the suppliers shipping schedule. Once received into the UK items are shipped as soon as possible. However, unexpected factors such as supplier availability or shipping delays may extend this timeframe.

3. Shipping

Once all items are ready, they are combined into a single shipment and dispatched. 

Top Tip: Pre-order items will ship only when all items in your order are ready. Please check estimated arrival dates before purchasing.

All items are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service. Once dispatched, you will receive your updated tracking reference via email.
