(Pre Order) Stray Kids Japan - Hollow (version choice)

Important Information: The pre-order period closes at 8pm 2 days prior to the release date and 4 days for any limited edition merch drops. Purchasing early is advised, especially for limited edition merch drops and albums with pre order benefits. POBs will be give on a 1:1 basis unless otherwise stated

All items are shipped to the UK directly from South Korea or Japan, however please be aware that this can lead to longer lead times for them to arrive into the UK. 

Estimated shipping of these items can take between 4-6 weeks from release date and a final expected arrival date will be advised next to the release date. This can be subject to change and out of control of KPop Idol. Orders will be shipped once all items are available, therefore if you wish to order a non pre order item at the same time, please do so in a new order. Pre orders for merchandise cannot be cancelled as it is purchased to order. Should you need to cancel a pre order album, please email hello@kpopidol.shop where this will be assessed on a case by case basis.

• Due to limited quantities, first press, POB (pre-order benefits), and special gifts may end without notice.
• Outer box damages or scratches are not eligible for compensation.
• Delays may occur due to supplier availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Product color and texture may vary depending on monitor settings and lighting conditions. These variations are not considered defects, and order modifications, cancellations, or returns due to perception differences are not accepted.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

• All items, including pre-orders and regular purchases, will be shipped together in a single shipment once pre-order items arrive.
• Release dates may be postponed depending on the manufacturer’s schedule.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after receiving the order confirmation email.
• Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

DUTIES & TAXES

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in their country.

• For customers outside the UK your purchase will be subject to your countries import laws. This may mean paying extra charges relating to customs, duties, and other taxes. This charge is dependent on your countries import laws and the amount you’re charged may differ depending on the value or weight of your order.

  Additional customs fees will not be applied at the point of sale and will need to be paid upon entry to your country.

  KPop Idol will not be held responsible for any customs, duties, or tax payments that you may receive.

  Should you wish to refuse any customs charges, you will not be entitled to a refund as the item will not be returned back to KPop Idol.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, products are sourced directly from our suppliers.

2. Processing Time

In-stock items typically take 3–5 business days for preparation. Pre order items will run to the suppliers shipping schedule. Once received into the UK items are shipped as soon as possible. However, unexpected factors such as supplier availability or shipping delays may extend this timeframe.

3. Shipping

Once all items are ready, they are combined into a single shipment and dispatched. 

Top Tip: Pre-order items will ship only when all items in your order are ready. Please check estimated arrival dates before purchasing.

All items are sent via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service. Once dispatched, you will receive your updated tracking reference via email.
