International Shipping & Customs Information

International Shipping & Customs Information

For all international orders, parcels are sent via Royal Mail from the UK and then handed over to your local postal service or delivery partner within your country.

Once your parcel arrives in your destination country, delivery, customs clearance, and any required documentation are managed by your local postal service.

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring tracking updates after dispatch
• Checking with their local postal service for further updates
• Providing any requested customs information or documentation promptly
• Paying any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes
• Ensuring that accurate and complete shipping information is provided at the time of purchase, including full address, email address, and contact phone number

Please note that failure to provide correct or complete information may result in delivery delays, customs issues, or the parcel being returned to sender.

📦 Customs Handling & Returned Parcels

Customs clearance and delivery processes are fully managed by your local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country.

If a parcel is:

• Held in customs
• Awaiting additional information
• Subject to import fees
• Or pending collection/redelivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to any requests from their local postal service within the required timeframe.

If no action is taken, parcels may be returned to sender after the holding period (typically up to 28 days) in accordance with local procedures.

Please note:

• We are unable to intervene in local customs processes once the parcel has entered your country
• We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returns caused by customs clearance issues or lack of response to delivery requests
• Orders returned to sender due to customs or delivery issues are not eligible for automatic refund of original shipping costs
• Redelivery can be arranged once the parcel is received back, however additional shipping costs will apply

We strongly recommend keeping an eye on tracking and contacting your local postal service if you see any updates relating to customs or delivery attempts.
