Enhypen Enchin Merch
The Enhypen Enchin merch is currently in very limited stocks with a 1 item per order limit with Weverse. Until it becomes available at a supplier with larger order quantities, I will not be able to stock this.

KMStation Photocards ⏳
Photocards released by KMStation usually have longer lead times, and it’s normal for these to take several months after a comeback to be released and shipped 💗 The following have yet to be released for shipment to the UK - Stray Kids Karma R2, VC, Offline R3. Stray Kids Do It - R1, R2, VC R1, VC R2

General Service Info

Pre-orders

Pre-order timelines shown on product pages and the Live Pre-Order Tracker refer to arrival at KPHQ, not delivery to customers. Orders are dispatched after stock arrives.

Combined orders

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated. If you need items sooner, please place separate orders. If you’ve placed multiple orders and would like them combined for shipping, please request this as soon as possible.

Tracking updates

The Live Pre-Order Tracker shows product progress before dispatch. Delivery tracking will only update once your order has been packed and shipped, and will not show movement before this stage.

Dispatch times

Dispatch timings may vary slightly during busy periods, major comebacks, or large merch arrivals. Orders are typically dispatched on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and may not be processed outside of these days.

Sustainability
I aim to reduce unnecessary packaging and plastic wherever possible while still ensuring orders are protected during transit. Packaging choices are made to balance safety, sustainability, and cost.
