Dispatch Information

If an item is on pre order, dates will be advised in the description. Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of release for item to be received at KPop Idol. Shipping delays from Korea and Japan are out of our control. Any in stock items ordered with pre order items will be dispatched at the same time. If you wish to receive an in stock item earlier, please purchase in a separate order.

Customs Information

Never had an issue with an order, apart from delays in Korea which are out of Ana's control, but when this happens, she's always keeping us updated on instagram or on discord. They are always packaged nicely, and I even got a tote bag in my recent order! Will always buy from here!
