If an item is on pre order, dates will be advised in the description. Please allow 4-6 weeks from date of release for item to be received at KPop Idol. Shipping delays from Korea and Japan are out of our control. Any in stock items ordered with pre order items will be dispatched at the same time. If you wish to receive an in stock item earlier, please purchase in a separate order.

For customers outside the UK your purchase will be subject to your countries import laws. This may mean paying extra charges relating to customs, duties, and other taxes. This charge is dependent on your countries import laws and the amount you’re charged may differ depending on the value or weight of your order.
Additional customs fees will not be applied at the point of sale and will need to be paid upon entry to your country.
KPop Idol will not be held responsible for any customs, duties, or tax payments that you may receive.
Should you wish to refuse any customs charges, you will not be entitled to a refund as the item will not be returned back to KPop Idol.
